Corn bread muffins with Dim's Ajvar

Ingredients:● 1 Jar Dim’s Ajvar ● 100 g. of flour ● 100 g. of corn flour ● 1 package of baking powder ● 3 eggs ● 1 tsp salt ● 50 ml oil ● 200 ml yogurt ● 100 – 200 g. of white cheese

Preparation: In a large bowl mix the flour and the corn. In a separate bowl add the eggs and beat them slowly with a mixer adding the salt, the butter and the yogurt. When they are well combined add them in the bowl with the flour and the corn and mix until you get a homogenous mixture. Grate the cheese in the mixture and mix with a spoon until it’s all nicely merged. In a muffin molds (or paper molds) add a spoonful of the mixture, a tablespoon of Dim’s Ajvar and on top of it add one more spoonful of the mixture. Sprinkle them with sesame seeds or sea salt and place them in a preheated oven on 200 degrees. Bake them for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with a smile.


Bruschetta with Dim’s Pindzur

Ingredients: ● 1 Jar Dim’s Pindzur ● 1 loaf of bread ● Olive oil ● Dried garlic ● Parsley

Preparation: Preheat the oven on 200°. In a backing pan spread bread slices and put some olive oil and dried garlic on them. Bake until they are golden brown. When they are done smear them with Dim’s Pindzur, sprinkle some chopped parsley and arrange them on a large wooden board with some cheese.
